Master’s Hand Christian School is a ministry for families who feel led by God to educate their children at home.  We are committed to provide support, encouragement and fellowship to home educators so that they can read and disciple their children for the glory of Christ.  We are here as a resource for families to educate their children in accordance with Alabama State Law.

MHCS is a Christian organization.  We believe the Bible is God’s holy, inerrant Word and follow the doctrines outlined in the Baptist Faith and Message.  All classes and activities offered through MHCS will be in accordance with these beliefs.

Master’s Hand Christian School opened its membership to the local home-schooling community for the 2004-2005 school year and has continued to grow to the current enrollment of over 200 families.  MHCS offers legal covering to home school families in accordance to the Church School Option under Alabama State Law.  MHCS also offers its members weekly co-op classes for all ages, field trips, school pictures, yearbook, graduation ceremonies, high school banquet, and many other opportunities for local home school families.
